What liquid supplement formats do you manufacture?

What bottle sizes do you use for liquid supplements?

We fill from 10 ml up to a litre. Drops sit at 20–30 ml in amber glass with a dropper and syrups at around 200–250 ml, because that is what the shelf expects — but the line is not limited to those two sizes. Amber glass protects the contents from light and gives the product a professional shelf appearance.

Can I use my own formula, or do you only produce ready-made ones?

Both. You can select an established formula from our range — vitamin D3 drops, D3 + K2, iron, B12, folate, vitamin A, heart and antistress complexes, multivitamin drops, liquid botanical extracts, syrups and shots — or we develop a custom liquid formula with you, covering ingredients, dosage, format and product specifications.

Where are your liquid food supplements manufactured?

In the European Union. Our factory is in Mārupe, Latvia, and all products are manufactured and packed in the EU under the applicable requirements for food supplement production.

What certifications does your liquid supplement manufacturing hold?

How much active ingredient fits into one serving?

There is no fixed minimum or maximum. A liquid carries a lot in a small volume — a 5 or 10 ml serving can hold a substantial dose — but how much depends on the active itself and how readily it dissolves. Some go in easily, some do not, so the dose is worked out per product rather than set by the format.

What private label packaging options are available for liquid supplements?

Drops ship with a dropper-dispenser cap as standard, and a pipette cap is available instead. Bottles can be supplied in individual boxes or other packaging configurations. Labels can be produced with different printing and finishing techniques, and shots can be presented in custom-designed shelf-ready display boxes.

What caps and dosing parts are available?

Measuring cups, child-resistant closures and ordinary closures — all of them. Every manufacturer offers both kinds of closure, so the choice is yours rather than a limit of ours. Dosing spoons are added on request.

What are your syrups sweetened with?

Liquid sorbitol as standard. If the formula or the market calls for a different sugar-free base, we use one.

How do you handle the taste of a liquid formula?

Malic acid does most of the work: it covers the off-taste that minerals and some actives leave behind. The flavour itself is chosen after that, per formula.

What is the minimum order quantity for liquid supplements?

For liquids the minimum is set by the bottle, the closure and the formula rather than by one figure: a 20 ml dropper bottle and a 250 ml syrup bottle are filled on different settings. The lead time starts at four weeks. Tell us the format and the volume and we will quote the minimum for your product within 24 hours. For reference, a ready-made formula in tablets or capsules starts at 150 units.
