PHARMA MANUFACTURE quality department is in charge of making sure that products are manufactured, packaged, labeled and held to standards.

MANUFACTURING SITE DESCRIPTION
PHARMA MANUFACTURE has dietary supplements manufacturing site in Marupe, Latvia. Factory is equipped with the most advanced food supplement manufacturing machines, high-end moisture control and air conditioning systems.Manufacturing area is divided into two three production lines:
1) tablets and capsules manufacturing
2) powder manufacturing and blending
3) effervescent tablets manufacturing.
The building was constructed using only high-end materials and was designed for dietary supplements manufacturing and equipped with air suction system, conditioning system, compressed air lines, optimal led lightning, clean water and easy to clean surfaces. Cleaning agents and any other hazardous chemicals are kept out of the production area. Our manufacturing site: 1) is ultra-energy efficient A+++ 2) is specially build for supplements manufacturing 3) has great location in terms of logistics (2 min from Riga Airport; has suitable roads for trucks; not far from Free port of Riga – Sea port) 4) is equipped with energy saving smart led sensor lights.
Manufacturing site located in a safe industrial zone (Green Park) with two entrance gates for both cars and trucks and equipped with sufficient outdoor lighting. Alarm systems and camera surveillance are used to secure the site. Only those who have an electronic keys cards can enter the production area.
Foods supplements manufacturing certificates
The company provides a HACCP, GMP, safety, hygiene and on-the-job training for new employees. HACCP and hygiene training is conducted annually and assessed by a written exam. PHARMA MANUFACTURE undergoes a number of yearly audits and inspections both from customers and Government. Also company each year is accredited by Certification authority for GMP and HACCP requremnts.

Sanitation on site
A pest management program is in place at PHARMA MANUFACTURE site for mice, rats, birds, insects, and other pests. This program’s upkeep is handled by an outside partner, who also performs frequent audits. Trash removal is handled by building owner company (waste is sorted and recyclable waste such as cardboard or plastic is sent for recycling).
Every piece of industrial equipment and space is subject to a standard cleaning process. Every manufacturing area follows a regular cleaning routine specific to that location. All personnel are instructed about the utilization of the items that may be utilized, and a summary of those products is listed on the schedule. All cleaning products are in compliance with GMP rules.
Logistics and warehouse
The logistics and warehouse department is responsible for ensuring that handling, storage, preservation and delivery procedures are maintained to ensure that there are no adverse effects on components, raw materials, semi-finished products, bulk materials and finished products. FEFO stock rotation is in place and happens fully automatic due to our warehouse management system.
DOCUMENTATION
Administration is in charge of controlling, adjusting, reviewing, and approving documents. There is a registration audit program in place, and all records are kept on file for at least a year following the batch’s expiration date.All manufacturing data is stored electronically for 10 years. This is paramount for all quality control issues. Full traceability is maintained through the whole supply chain.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
PHARMA MANUFACTURE has its own in-house RnD team for the development and testing of the new product. The RnD team includes pharmacists, biochemists, dieticians and nutritionists.
Company is constantly works on research and development of existing and new products both for regular price lists and for custom requests from the customers.
