Packin for Food Supplements Private Label

Pharma Manufacture has a wide range of packaging options for tablets, capsules, effervescent tablets, powders packing. We provide Private Label branding (with your Band) for all types of food supplements we manufacture.

Packing types for food supplements: 1) Tablets: PET and Glass Bottles, Blisters with Carton, Zip-lock bags 2) Capsules: Bottles, Blisters, Zip-lock bags 3) Powders: Jars, Zip-lock bags 4) Effervescent tablets: Plastic Tubes.

All the packing materials has EU Certificate of Conformity and has quality analysis certificate for each batch and are compliant to EU regulations: 1) Regulation (EG) Nr. 1935/2004 2) Regulation (EU) Nr. 10/2011 3) Regulation (EG) Nr. 2023/2006 4) EC 1895/2005 5) EC 94/62/EC 5) EU 2018/213 of February 12th 2018 regarding BPA 6) 85/572EEC as well as Pharmacopoeia Europea 3.2.2 7) The used colour pigment complies with the reference IX of BfR on the use of colorants in materials coming into contact with food.

Furthermore, the materials are in compliance with 1999/82/EEC concerning TSE/BSE and do not come in contact with material of animal origin during manufacturing.

All substances with a SML (Specific Migration Limit) are used / process generated in the packing materials are mentioned in Certificate of Conformity. For packing materials the specific and overall migration tests have been carried out and the result does not exceed EU the restriction.

The list of contaminants and degradation products (NIAS-non intentionally added substances) in packin analysis certificate is based on a 10 ppb Screening with the method GC-FID-MS. If the material contains components which are not listed in the positive list of Regulation EU 10/2011 (e.g. solvents, catalysts, etc) they comply with any national provisions applicable to these materials and articles e.g. the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BFR).
