Do you send free samples before a private label order?

Pharma Manufacture sends samples of its ready-made formulas on request, before a first order. Requests go to the sales team at sales@pharmamanufacture.eu or through the contact form, and we reply within 24 hours. You can ask for samples and a price list in the same message.

How do I get supplement samples from a manufacturer?

Write to the sales team and name what you want to hold in your hand: the form (tablets, capsules, softgels, effervescent tablets, liquids or sports powders) and the formulas you are considering. If you are choosing from the catalogue, the formula names from our product pages are enough. Add the delivery address and the country.

If you also want prices, say so in the same message. The reply then comes with the price list for those formulas and a realistic lead time, which starts from four weeks for a typical run.

What happens after I approve the samples?

The order follows the usual steps: you choose the packing format, the label artwork is prepared with you (label design help is part of the service), and the product is manufactured and packed under the plant’s quality system, with GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP certificates for tablets, capsules and powders. Before the run, you approve a sample of your own product. Every released batch then ships with a Certificate of Analysis, and the finished order is delivered to your warehouse in the EU or collected from our warehouse in Mārupe, Latvia.

Do I approve a sample before the production run?

Yes. Once formula, label and packaging are agreed, you approve a sample of your product and only then does it go on the line.

What do I decide after the samples?

The packing format comes next: a bottle, a blister with carton, a tube, a jar, a doypack or a zip-lock bag. Pharma Manufacture lists the formats on its packing solutions page, and the label artwork is prepared once the pack is chosen.
