Low MOQ supplement manufacturer: what is the minimum order?
Pharma Manufacture sets the minimum order separately for each form, and powder sachets start from 80,000 sachets, the print run of one laminate roll. For the other forms the minimum is set by the packaging and quoted for your product within 24 hours. For a lower MOQ, start with a ready-made formula from the catalogue of 350: a formula developed from scratch starts higher.
The minimum order quantity, or MOQ, is set separately for each form, because each form runs on its own tooling. The table gives the figure, or the thing that sets it, for every form we make.

Is the MOQ counted per order or per product form?
Per form. Tablets, capsules, softgels, effervescent tablets and powders each run on their own tooling, so ordering a tablet and a powder together does not lower either minimum: they are still two production runs. In a price list each form is a separate line for the same reason. Why the figure moves within a form is covered in why “small minimum order” never comes with a number.
How do I get the exact MOQ for my product?
Send four things: the form, ready-made or custom formula, the packaging, and a rough quantity. A range is enough. Pharma Manufacture replies within 24 hours with the minimum, a price list and the lead time, which starts from four weeks and is about eight weeks for a typical run.

80,000 sachets. Pharma Manufacture prints your design on a roll of laminate, and the roll sets the floor: 80,000 sachets is about 2,700 packs of a thirty-day course.
Is the MOQ higher for a custom formula?
Yes. A formula developed from scratch starts higher than a catalogue formula, because the development and the validation batch are paid for once.
What is the minimum for effervescent tablets and liquids?
Pharma Manufacture quotes it per product within 24 hours. For effervescent tablets the tube, cap and label set it; for liquids the bottle, the closure and the formula.
Can I combine two forms to reach a minimum faster?
No. The minimum is set per form, not per order, so a tablet and a powder ordered together remain two separate runs with two minimums.
How long does a first order take after the minimum is agreed?
From four weeks, and about eight for a typical run, counted from the moment Pharma Manufacture has your order and your technical brief. Sachets take about eight weeks.
